My work is within the realm of new-era leadership, suitable for those who know they are here to lead sustainable innovation and transformational processes in an authentic, holistic, and visionary way.
My experience range from a decade and a half as a partner and property developer in Commercial Real Estate. An equally long work period lies in strategic consulting, coaching, and organizational and leadership development. I have led multiple interdisciplinary teams in urban development projects, future workplaces, and office concepts from vision to realization.
My mission is to embody a holistic perspective that cares for people, society, and nature. I facilitate visions into a new era and help implement them in leadership- and business cultures.
