I have given lectures, workshops, trained and coached leaders, at home and abroad with a focus on job and life joy and modern-day leadership.

​

I have work experience in both organizational and management development, as well as process management for major real estate projects such as Trekanten in Asker, TøyenTorg, Portal Skøyen, GROW and Carl Berner Torg.

I have a Master's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Service Management, a certified Coach, a yoga instructor and countless hours in my own specialization work in emotional and relational competence and trauma work.
