Presence – Co-creation – Innovation

Fordypningprogram

weekend of reflection🌿

26-28 SEPTEMBER 2025

Inspiration and leadership practice for the 21st century – when care for people and nature is part of the solution.

This is an invitation to a weekend of reflection – a time to explore skills in presence, and to awaken creativity and joy in the way we relate and co-create.

Lonin is a small mountain farm near Hovin in Telemark – a place to breathe more deeply, listen inwardly, and think more clearly. Here, I am gathering a group of women to reflect, explore, and share.

Whether you come for your own personal inquiry, as a process leader or facilitator, a senior executive or professional – you are warmly welcome.

We are living in a time that calls for new skills, new practices, and a new language and culture of holistic innovation and collaboration. It is no longer about control, efficiency, or quick fixes. It is about sensing, listening, and responding to what nourishes life – what gives more than it takes. It is about remembering what has always been there.

General Manager, Real Estate

The experience of being taken care of, spoiled with delicious food and being in the most beautiful surroundings - made this course something very special. Anne-Lise brings with her a breadth, warmth and depth that affects you. She helps you gain insight into yourself, awareness of the choices you make and motivation to make new choices. My own eco-map gave me the way forward to turn off the autopilot and make new choices that are rooted in my whole being.

Founder, CEO Sports & Textile

Anne-Lise Øien is professional and deeply knowledgeable.
With great care and her feet firmly grounded, she invited me to reflect on the greater whole.
I returned strengthened, with valuable tools to continue my journey – both in my personal life and in my role as a leader.

A weekend at beautiful Lonin in Telemark together with beautiful souls.
Taking in nature by walking barefoot in the forest,  sitting by the tree and feeling the strength and connections as we are all nature
Flying butterflies all around reminding of transformation happening both around us and inside
Thank you Anne-Lise for bringing us together

We are living in a time marked by rising inequality, declining public health, increasing loneliness, fragile democracies – and an escalating climate and ecological crisis - we need a new economy that puts people and nature at the centre.

NØKO 2025

The longing for meaning and coherence is growing. Many are sensing that “business as usual” no longer works – neither for ourselves nor for the planet. We are at a crossroads, and more and more people are searching for new ways to live, lead, and be human.

How can we move beyond symptom treatment and fragmented solutions – and get to the root causes?
How can you help restore harmony – within yourself, in your relationships, and in the ecosystems you are part of?

How can you live in deeper alignment with what truly nourishes life?
How can you become a co-creator of a future where both people and nature can thrive?

Through a new way of co-creating, we open space to re-design our lives, our organizations, our communities and systems in ways that are life-giving – for people, nature, and the future.

In the presence of nature and silence, a deeper space opens. When we allow ourselves time to listen – inwardly and outwardly – we reconnect with our inner wisdom and steadiness. This becomes the foundation for healthy collaboration and true regeneration.

What to expect

The weekend is shaped based on the group's needs.

  • Reflection space and guidance in regenerative leadership and introduction of Cards for life - "Thinking like Gaia"

  • Inspiration to design life-giving and sustainable collaboration practices – for yourself, your leadership or a project

  • Nature contact that nourishes and opens up new insights

  • Exploring how to navigate a time of uncertainty and opportunity

  • A safe and open atmosphere where you can be yourself

You return home with renewed energy, simple methods and a solid platform to navigate further.

  • Long for a breather

  • Are in a transition and want to chart a new course

  • Want to lead with more meaning, integrity, and presence

  • Are curious about regenerative perspectives – and what they look like in practice

No prior knowledge is needed – just an open mind and a willingness to be present, to listen, and to take part.

About me

My background and experience

For over 30 years, I’ve been exploring how we can integrate vision and values into our lives and work. My journey has taken me deep into the fields of behavior change, transformation, restructuring, holistic innovation, regenerative leadership, self-management, and practices that cultivate presence and awareness.

I also bring extensive experience as a multidisciplinary process facilitator in place- and property development, where I’ve worked with complex transformation processes. Through founding Joypower (new time leadership - the power of joy), I have spent over a decade coaching and supporting leaders, with a strong focus on being the change we wish to see in the world – by helping others grow and evolve.

Nature as a Guide

Nature has always been one of my deepest sources of inspiration. Its quiet wisdom invites us home – to a life that is more authentic, joyful, and meaningful. I believe in nature's ability to guide us, whether we seek change within ourselves, in our organizations and business models, or in society as a whole.

My Approach

I believe in the power of grounded individuals. When we find inner security, we become better co-creators of a more sustainable future. My path has been shaped by studies in regenerative leadership, permaculture, coaching, spiritual awareness, and trauma healing – as well as by my own life experiences and deep personal inquiry.

In my work, I invite you to gently peel back the layers that keep you from living and leading as your truest self – both as an individual and as a force for positive change.

My facilitation is rooted in simplicity, intuition, and a reflective approach. I meet each person where they are, and together we explore possibilities for growth, balance, and wholeness.

Program & Practices

Through a balanced rhythm of shared gatherings and personal time, this weekend offers nourishment for both body and soul.

I will weave together simple practices: movement to music (Yorba), breathwork, guided meditation, dialogue, reflection, solo time, and presence in nature.

We will gather in circle, in the wood-fired sauna, around the fire, the fireplace, and shared meals – for meaningful conversations, moments of silence, and space to retreat if needed.

My intention is to offer a soft, simple, and grounded framework –
a unique opportunity to pause and gain new insights. 🌿

Is there a better moment than this – just before nature retreats into winter?
